The Meow Promise
We want you to be just as happy with our lashes as we are! If in any way you are not satisfied with our lashes, we promise a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase. All that we ask is for you to return them in the original packaging along with the invoice. We would like to reassure you that for hygienic reasons all returned products are immediately disposed of and are NOT resold. The Meow Promise is offered as a limited-time promotion as we are confident you will fall in love with Meow!
How do I request a refund?
If you decide to ask for a refund you must contact us first, requesting a refund on your product. As we take customer service very seriously, you will receive an email response within 24 hours.
How do I make an exchange?
If for any reason you would like to make an exchange, our Meow Promise is still applicable. Please proceed as if it were a refund (see above).
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. We strongly recommend that you also obtain a tracking number from your courier as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. It is absolutely necessary that you email us requesting a refund first.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to fourteen business days (from the date you shipped the package) for us to receive your package and process your return. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then make a return back to the original method of payment.
